Shai Beilis, Chairman

Mr. Beilis has served as a director of the Company from 1998 until 2010 and as a Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company from May 2001 until May 2006. Mr. Beilis is currently a Chairman of the board of Prodify software solutions ltd, Shvil QM7 ltd and TakaroTech ltd and a member of the board of directors of BotanoCap ltd. Mr. Beilis founded Formula Ventures (within the Formula Group) in 1998 and has been the Chairman of its board since its inception. Formula Ventures Ltd., a current controlling shareholder of the Company, was the advisor and General Partner of two venture capital funds: Formula Ventures I and Formula Ventures II. Mr. Beilis joined the Formula Group in 1994 as Chief Executive Officer of Argotec. Mr. Beilis was CEO of Clal Computers and Technology Ltd. from 1993 to 1995, an Israeli IT holding company traded in the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. From 1987 to 1993, Mr. Beilis was Vice President at Digital Equipment Corporation Israel. From 1978 to 1986, he was Chief Executive Officer of Yael Software and Services. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Beilis was the Chairman of Formula Vertex UK Ltd., which was the advisor for the European Technology Venture Portfolio of UBS Capital. Mr. Beilis has served as director or chairman of over sixty Israeli high tech companies (including the following Nasdaq listed companies: Wiztec Solutions Ltd. (1996 to 1999), BluePhoenix Solutions Ltd. (1995 to 2008), ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (2009 to 2015) and Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. (1997 to 2005)). Mr. Beilis holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel, and a B.Sc., cum laude, in Mathematics and Statistics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.

 

Menahem Shalgi, Director

Mr. Shalgi served at Amdocs Ltd. as Vice President of Business Development and M&A from 1998 to 2003, and as Vice President and Executive Account Manager from 1993 to 1998, and at various other positions from 1985 to 1993. Mr. Shalgi has served as an external director of Mind CTI since April 2005 and serves as the Chairman of AfterDox Ltd., an investment house in Israel, since June 2007, and as a director at TodaCell Ltd. since 2014. Mr. Shalgi served as a director of Pilat Media PLC in the UK from 2006 until mid-2009 and as an external director of ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. from 2010 until 2015. Mr. Shalgi holds a B.A. in Economics and Statistics from Tel-Aviv University and an M.Sc. in Computer Sciences from the Weizmann Institute of Science.

Amira Paz, Director

Ms. Paz has served as a Director of the Company since June 2011. She served as RadView’s Vice President of Finance between February 2008 and December 2010. Prior to joining RadView, Ms. Paz served for a period of ten years as Chief Financial Officer in three Formula-Group software companies: Tiltan Systems Engineering Ltd., Enformia Software Ltd. and Idit Technologies Ltd. Ms. Paz is currently the CEO of Healthyaging Ltd, a financial advisor to start up companies and serves as a director in Kanat Ltd. Ms. Paz is a licensed CPA in Israel and holds a BA in Economics and Business Management from Ben-Gurion University, an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Tel-Aviv University and an LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University.

Hadas Gazit, External Director

Ms. Gazit has served as an External Director of the Company since October 2007. She is the Chief Business Operating Officer of Sapiens (NASDAQ: SPNS). Ms. Gazit served as the Chief Financial Officer of Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ: MGIC) and as the Chief Financial Officer of Emblaze Ltd. (LSE:BLZ.L). Before becoming the CFO of Emblaze in December 2006, Ms. Gazit acted as the Vice President of Finance for the Emblaze group of companies and as the CFO of Emblaze Mobile. Prior to joining Emblaze, Ms. Gazit was with TTI Team Telecom International (NASDAQ:TTIL), where she acted as the budget control manager from August 2003 to September 2005. From August 2000 to August 2003, Ms. Gazit acted as a manager at Ernst & Young Global (Kost, Forer Gabbay & Kasierer) where she conducted accounts of both private and publicly traded companies in Israel and abroad, especially in the technology, venture capital and investments industries. Ms. Gazit is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics and Accounting both from Tel Aviv University.

Amir Livne, External Director

Mr. Livne is Vice President Product Strategy and Portfolio Management at Siemens PLM, a division of Siemens AG (NYSE:SI). Prior to this position Mr. Amir Livne held similar positions at UGS PLM, which was acquired by Siemens in 2007. From 1997 to 2004 Mr. Livne worked for Tecnomatix (NASDQ: TCNOF, acquired by UGS in early 2005) where he served as Executive VP of Business Development and Strategy. Prior to joining Tecnomatix Mr. Livne worked as a Senior Consultant at management consulting firm Booz Allen and Hamilton from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Livne received an MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI and Bachelor and Masters degrees in Computer Science, both from Tel Aviv University.
