| Bringing The Power of WebLOAD to Adobe Flex |
The WebLOAD Flex Add-On extends the reach of WebLOAD Professional to the Flex Environment. It enables users to record, edit, parameterize and load test rich internet applications that are based on Adobe’s Flex Environment. With the Add-On you can plan and execute tests simulating the true nature of Flex Applications including the effects of real user load on application services running within the Flex environment.
Designed specifically for Adobe Flex, the WebLOAD Flex Add-On includes a specialized protocol recorder that intelligently records the Adobe Messaging Format (AMF) protocol into a format common to WebLOAD’s Integrated Development Environment. The recording of AMF traffic automatically generates the corresponding JavaScript data structure. This enables viewing, editing, debugging and automatic verification of messages sent to the server and the AMF response returning from the server.
Throughout the design and execution of the tests the WebLOAD Flex Add-On allows you to simulate different remote services under load and helps you analyze traffic and identify bottlenecks – essential for improving the stability and performance of application servers running in the production environment.
During execution of the load session, WebLOAD uses the JMX Protocol to monitor run-time statistics from the Adobe LiveCycle Data Services ES Server. In addition, WebLOAD’s Management Console can monitor pre-defined statistics for application services integrated with the Flex Environment such as XML\HTTP SOAP, Web Services, databases and more.
With the WebLOAD Flex Add-On you can load-test your Flex Applications simply and effectively, so your Flex Applications too, can be deployed with confidence.
This Add-on is available as part of WebLOAD Professional Edition.
