Prior to taking on the leadership role at RadView, Eyal served as Director of Sales and as Director of R&D. Before joining RadView Eyal held various R&D and project management roles at SkyBox Security and at Ness Technologies, and is currently a startup mentor at the Techstars Tel Aviv accelerator. Eyal holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences and Mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Guy OfferCPO / COO
Prior to taking on the CPO / COO role, Guy was leading Product Management at RadView. Before joining RadView, Guy served as VP engineering at Cloudify.co, led HPE’s APM product line and held various other R&D leadership roles at HPE/HP Software. Guy holds a BSc. in computer science and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Prior to undertaking the CTO role and playing a key part in developing new technologies at RadView, Yam held Development Manager roles at British Telecom (London) and at Reliance Infocomm (India). Yam leverages over 15 years of experience in software design, management and agile methodologies. Yam holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences from the Open University of Tel Aviv.
Tanya ShalomVP Research & Development
Tanya joined RadView in 1994 as one of its first employees and has been with the company ever since. She started as a software engineer has held a variety of roles leading up to her current position as head of the R&D team. Tanya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Tel Aviv.
Prior to joining RadView, Ilan served as Ericom Software’s CMO. Before that, Ilan held leadership positions in marketing, business development, project management, and R&D for Amdocs, Comverse, and others. Ilan holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences from Bar-Ilan University, and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh – Heriot-Watt Business School.
Prior to joining RadView in 2020, Liron served as Edusoft’s Financial Controller (a subsidiary of Educational Testing Service). Before that Liron held various financial roles at the Israeli Ministry of Finance (Economic Mission in New York), Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Luboshitz Kasierer (Ernst &Young affiliate in Israel). Liron is a C.P.A and holds a B.A in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
