On-Demand Offerings
WebLOAD On-Demand provides the full range of load, scalability and reliability testing. These tests can be carried out on both pre-production and production systems. Performance tests carried out on production systems use our worldwide network of distributed “cloud” load generators, simulating true internet latency and replicating the real end-user experience. Performance tests carried out on pre-production systems can use either internal or external load generators (via VPN) per the customer’s specific environment and needs.

The following pre-production and production packages include load test planning, load script generation, test execution, performance statistics collection and analysis - all done by Ness experts using WebLOAD Professional:

Pre-Production Performance Package
To ensure that the application is ready to meet production business requirements, WebLOAD On-Demand is offered in the form of a one-month intensive remote testing and analysis package. This package is targeted at pre-production applications, large-scale marketing campaigns, or other customer-interfacing activities prior to launch. Testing is done in an iterative manner, allowing the customer to fine-tune the application’s infrastructure and remove any bottlenecks prior to launch.

Production Performance Package
To ensure that application performance is maintained at the desired Service Level Agreement (SLA), WebLOAD On-Demand is offered as a stream of ongoing performance tests conducted in regular intervals (e.g. weekly). At the end of each test-run a comprehensive report detailing the application’s performance status is generated and delivered to the customer.

Both pre-production and production packages are offered for all technology environments supported by WebLOAD Professional including Rich Internet Applications, Adobe Flex, SAP, Oracle Forms, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and more.
