New WebLOAD Release Makes Users More Productive
Rosh Haayin, Israel, September 3, 2009 — RadView Software Ltd. (OTCBB: RDVWF), announced today the availability of WebLOAD Professional 8.4. The new release enhances user productivity by adding a wealth of new features across all product modules. Key features include automatic detection of session correlation rules, load generator health indication, interactive analytical reports and session performance reports that can be fully edited in MS Word.
Recent advancement in web site interactivity and the use of RIA (Rich Internet Applications) development frameworks are introducing new and more complex methods for session management, creating a major challenge for load testing tools needing to record and simulate complex business scenarios. With WebLOAD's new technology for automatic detection of correlation rules, users can record and play complex business scenarios with minimal scripting intervention, saving up to 80% of the time required to create the business scenario. As a result, WebLOAD is now a more powerful and productive tool for both novice and professional performance testers.
According to one long term WebLOAD customer who participated in beta testing the new correlation engine, the new capabilities are awesome. "I didn’t have to extract our ViewState as in previous releases. This saved me a ton of manual scripting and I was able to complete the project in two days including load testing up to 300 users."
WebLOAD 8.4 continues its improvements to WebLOAD Analytics and adds more power to its suite of interactive reports. Users can now make on-the-fly changes to reports including zoom in/out, change chart types, add/remove measurements and more. In addition, any report can now be exported into MS Word as a fully editable document allowing quick and easy preparation of professional performance reports.
Another important feature in version 8.4 is the load generator health indicator which automatically adds load generator performance metrics to any load session. This feature eliminates errors that result from load-generator overloading and saves time in allocation of load generators and hardware optimization.
