The end user license comes in all forms described above including rental, perpetual, standard and floating. In addition, all optional protocol add-ons and monitoring modules are available.
The end user license can be used for load testing applications which are directly owned by the end user. These can be applications that have been developed by the end user, or applications to which the end user has been granted license rights in return for payment or for free.
The end user license cannot be used for load testing applications for which the end user has not been granted license rights. This means that the end user license cannot be used to service third parties even if they are using free software. This is due to the fact that the license to use the free/open source software has been granted to the third party and not to the end user.
If you need to use WebLOAD to service a third party you must purchase a service provider license.
