| Rami Goraly - CEO |
Rami has served as RadView's Vice President of Marketing since June 2006. Prior to joining RadView, Rami was the CEO of Telrad Connegy, a provider of converged telecommunication solutions. During 1996-2003 Rami worked in the United States, where he founded and served as the CEO of Accept Software, a leading developer of enterprise product planning solutions. Other positions Rami held include management positions in Cheyenne Software (acquired by Computer Associates) and Check Point Software. Rami received bachelor degrees in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA degree from the Cass Business School in London.

| Amir Shoval – VP, Product Management |
Amir joined RadView in November 2006 to manage the Product Management team and lead the planning of the product roadmap. Prior to joining RadView, Amir spent 10 years at Elbit Systems, where he designed, developed and project-managed large-scale turnkey programs for the defense sector. Before joining Elbit, Amir served for 7 years as a software developer in the Israeli army’s top computer engineering unit. Amir holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the Israeli Open University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

| Amira paz – VP Finance |
Amira comes to RadView after completing a 10-year tenure as Chief Financial Officer in three Formula-Group software companies: Tiltan Software Engineering, Enformia Software and Idit Technologies. In her role as CFO Ms. Paz was responsible for finance operations, budget planning, project forecasting, board reporting, Human Resources and Administration. Prior to this role Ms. Paz served as a senior inspector in the Israeli Income Tax Authority. Ms. Paz is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Economics and Business Management from Ben Gurion University, an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Tel Aviv University and an LLM from Bar Ilan University.

| Guy Spigelman - VP Sales & Marketing |
Guy joined RadView in September 2006 to spearhead sales in Europe and the
Middle East. Before joining RadView, Guy served as VP Asia Pacific for XMPie, a
leading manufacturer of software for cross-media dynamic publishing - an
essential and growing segment of the CRM and Marketing Automation market. In
this role Guy contributed to the development of the company's business model
and signed up several strategic customers and distributors. Prior to XMPie, Guy
was Director of Marketing for Triangle Technologies, a boutique consulting firm
that assists technology companies penetrate the Japanese market. As a reserve
Captain in the Spokesperson Unit of the Israeli Defense Forces, Guy serves as
the public face for the army in the international media. Guy holds a BA in
Communications from Macquarie University in Australia.

| Tanya Shalom – VP, Research & Development |
Tanya joined RadView in 1994 as one of its first employees and has been with the company since then. She started as a software engineer and quickly moved up the ranks to a team-lead role. Following her success as a team lead, Tanya was given responsibility for leading the development of the WebFT and WebLoad product lines. In addition, Tanya was the lead architect on many of RadView's projects. Tanya holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the University of Tel Aviv.
