| Eyal Shalom - CEO |
Mr. Shalom has served as Radview’s Sales Director for Israel, Europe and Asia Pacific since 2007. Prior to that position he was the R&D Director and Team Leader at Radview from 2000-2004. Other positions Mr. Shalom held include serving as the R&D Director and Product Manager at SkyBox Security during 2004-2007, and a System and Project Manager at Ness Technologies from 1997 to 2000.
Mr. Shalom holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences and Mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Tel Aviv University.

| Guy Yasur- CFO |
Guy Yasur has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since May 2011. Prior to joining RadView, Mr. Yasur served as a revenue recognition manager in Retalix Ltd (NASDAQ: RTLX) from 2010 to 2011. From 2007 to 2010 Mr. Yasur served as a manager at Ernst & Young Global (Kost, Forer Gabbay & Kasierer), where he managed accounts of both private and publicly traded companies in Israel and abroad, especially in the high-tech industry. From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Yasur served in the risk management practice of KPMG Global (Somekh Chaikin). Mr. Yasur is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics and Accounting both from Tel Aviv University.

| Tanya Shalom – VP, Research & Development |
Tanya joined RadView in 1994 as one of its first employees and has been with the company since then. She started as a software engineer and quickly moved up the ranks to a team-lead role. Following her success as a team lead, Tanya was given responsibility for leading the development of the WebFT and WebLoad product lines. In addition, Tanya was the lead architect on many of RadView's projects. Tanya holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the University of Tel Aviv.

| Tom O'Donnell – VP, US Sales |
Tom O'Donnell joined RadView Software's US sales team in July 2007, with nearly 20 years experience in the IT industry. He has been helping his clients, both large corporations and SMBs alike, solve their most complex IT challenges since 1996 when he left AT&T as a Sr. Systems Analyst.
Prior to RadView Software, Tom has been a major sales contributor for companies like ClearAPP Software (acquired by Oracle), BMC Software, OptiSystems (acquired by BMC) and Ajilon Services. AT BMC Software, Tom was the National SAP Performance Specialist and helped many of America's largest corporations solve their highly complex SAP performance issues. Tom received his BS in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from St. Peter's College.

| Yam Shal-Bar - CTO |
Yam joined RadView in 2006 as a lead developer on the WebLOAD development team. In 2007, Yam was given responsibility for leading the development of RadView’s next generation analytics platform. Yam has wide experience in project and development management, technologies and programming. Before joining RadView Yam was a development manager at BT (London) and at Reliance Infocomm (India). Yam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Open University of Tel Aviv.
