| Jaron Lotan - Chairman of the Board |
Mr. Lotan has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Tecnomatix Technologies Ltd. (TCNO on Nasdaq), from 2002 and until the sale of
Tecnomatix to UGS Corp. in 2005. From 1992 until 2002 Mr. Lotan held various
positions at Orbotech Ltd., a leading supplier of AOI and other productivity
solutions for the electronics industry. Mr. Lotan's last position with Orbotech
was Corporate Executive Vice President for Business and Strategy. Prior to
joining Orbotech Ltd., Mr. Lotan co-founded and was Corporate VP Sales &
Marketing and General Manager of North America for Rosh Intelligent Systems
Inc. a software company offering knowledge based solutions to customer support
organizations. Mr. Lotan holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics and an M.A.
in Economics, both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

| Amir Livne - Director |
Mr. Livne is Vice President Product Strategy and Portfolio Management at Siemens PLM, a division of Siemens AG (NYSE:SI). Prior to this position Mr. Amir Livne held similar positions at UGS PLM which was aquired by Siemens in 2007. From 1997 to 2004 Mr. Livne worked for Tecnomatix (NASDQ: TCNOF, aquired by UGS in early 2005) where he served as Executive VP of Business Development and Startegy. Prior to joining Tecnomatix Mr. Amir Livne worked as a Senior Consultant at management consulting firm Booz Allend and Hemilton from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Amir Livne recived an MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI and Bachelor and Masters degrees in Computer Science, both from Tel Aviv University.

| Eli Blatt - Director |
Mr. Blatt is a partner at Fortissimo. Prior to joining
Fortissimo, Mr. Blatt was the CFO and VP operations of Noosh, Inc., a supplier
of print management solutions. At Noosh, Mr. Blatt was responsible for the
general management of finance and operations. In that capacity he managed the
company's M&A strategy and initiatives. Prior to joining Noosh, Mr. Blatt
was the Director of Operations at CheckPoint Software Technologies Inc.
(Nasdaq: CHKP), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet. At Checkpoint he
was responsible for OEM operations, product licensing and customer service. Mr.
Blatt was previously the Operations controller at Madge Networks (sold to
Lucent – NYSE: LU). Prior to joining Madge, Mr. Blatt held senior Finance and
Operations positions in Israel at Intel and Israel Chemicals. Mr. Blatt also
serves on the Board of Directors of Telrad, a Fortissimo portfolio company. Mr.
Blatt received an MBA degree, from Indiana University and a B.Sc. degree in
Industrial Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

| Hadas Gazit - Director |
Hadas Gazit Kaiser has been Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director of Emblaze since December 11, 2006. From August 2005 until she became Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Gazit Kaiser served as the Vice President-Finance of Emblaze and Chief Financial Officer of Emblaze Mobile. From August 2003 to August 2005, Ms. Gazit Kaiser served as the Budget Control Manager of TTI. From August 2000 to August 2003, Ms. Gazit Kaiser acted as a manager at Kost, Forer Gabbay & Kasierer.

| Rami Goraly - Director |
Rami has served as RadView's Vice President of Marketing since June 2006. Prior to joining RadView, Rami was the CEO of Telrad Connegy, a provider of converged telecommunication solutions. During 1996-2003 Rami worked in the United States, where he founded and served as the CEO of Accept Software, a leading developer of enterprise product planning solutions. Other positions Rami held include management positions in Cheyenne Software (acquired by Computer Associates) and Check Point Software. Rami received bachelor degrees in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA degree from the Cass Business School in London.

| Shai Beilis - Director |
Mr.
Beilis has over 25 years of top executive experience in the IT sector. During
this period he has served as Chairman or Director of the boards of more than
sixty IT firms. He is a board member of several Formula Ventures' portfolio
companies. Mr. Beilis also serves as the Chairman of the Formula Ventures Ltd.,
the fund's general partner and of Formula Vertex UK Ltd., which manages a
technology portfolio for UBS in Europe. Prior to joining Formula Ventures, Mr.
Beilis was CEO of Argotec Ltd., where he was responsible for initiating,
overseeing and managing the investments of Formula Systems. He was the Chairman
of Crystal Systems Solutions and Wiztec Solutions, both of which conducted
successful public offerings on NASDAQ. Prior to his association with Argotec,
Mr. Beilis held executive positions in several leading Israeli IT firms such as
Clal Computers and Technology and Yael Software and Services Ltd. Mr. Beilis
holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Weizmann Institute of Science in
Rehovot, Israel and a B.Sc., cum laude, in Mathematics and Economics from the
Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.

| Yochai Hacohen - Director |
Mr. Hacohen is currently acting CEO for RadView Software on behalf of Fortissimo. Prior to joining Fortissimo, Mr. Hacohen held various managerial positions with Israeli based technology companies. Mr. Hacohen was previously the General Manager of a US division of Magal Security Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: MAGS), a leading provider of hardware and software solutions for the security market. Prior to Magal, Mr. Hacohen served as the Director of European sales and Marketing at Nice Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: NICE) Video division, a leading provider of digital video and audio recording solutions. Mr. Hacohen received an MBA in marketing and a B.Sc in Biotechnology from Tel Aviv University
