Sales Engineer – for the Indian region
As a key member of the sales team the Pre-Sales engineer requires a complete understanding of RadView’s products and components with the ability to identify and communicate the key strength of our solutions to prospects, customers and partners.
The Pre-Sales Engineer will need to understand our prospective customers' problems, objectives and priorities. The candidate must show an ability to map these customer needs to RadView’s solution and convinces the customer of the benefits of the solution through interaction, correspondence, proposals, presentations, demonstrations and proof of concept throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- To manage and be in-charge on technical side of the pre-sales process.
- To understand customer requirement and needs and present RadView’s solution benefits.
- To conduct demonstration and proof of concept of RadView products to prospects.
- To perform business partner training
- Ability to customize demonstrations to the needs of specific prospects / campaigns
- Assist the account managers in all stages of the sales process, including responding to RFP’s and architecture design and implementation discussions
- Providing training and producing support material
- Offering after-sales support services
- Technically illustrating how the Radview’s product suite enables organizations to improve efficiency
Primary Skills:
- Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills. The candidate must be comfortable presenting to large groups.
- Planning and Prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the sales process
- Strong professional presence
- Experience with JavaScript is required (other scripting languages also a plus: VB, PERL, TCL, etc.)
- Knowledge of Internet technology (web servers, networks, HTTP, etc.)
- In depth understanding of HTML/DHTML
- Experience with Load testing tool like LoadRunner, Silk etc…
- At least 2 years experience in a related position
- Prior experience conducting POC's in high pressure environment
- Experience in QA organization- advantage.
- Willing to travel
Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience

C++ Senior Developer
Education:

BA in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Requirements

Experienced QA Engineer
Education:
-
BA in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Requirements

2-3 years experience in performing QA for applications

Experience in writing test plans

Experience in working with automation tools or load/performance tools
Advantages

Configuration manager
Education:
-
BA in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Requirements

Extensive knowledge of source control systems, preferably CVS .

At least 1 year of experience managing a source control system. Preferably a
multi site system.

Experience in using Visual Studio to manage and build product releases.

Basic knowledge of Windows administration.

Working knowledge of scripting technologies (DOS scripting, perl, windows
scripting, etc).
